Vive la tarte!

This is a picture of TA�s tarte aux pommes from last weekend. We were in too much of a hurry to strain the apricot jam, so you can see little lumps of orange-y fruit on the top of the tart. Had we strained it, you would simply see glistening apples.

I forgot to mention that it was ten times more delicious with a dollop of cr�me fra�che on top.
